6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at alexmioch@hotmail.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Certain items may be non-returnable (for example, final-sale, perishable, or personal-care items); this will be noted where applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
