Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Skrapa. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date your order ships, in addition to the processing time above. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 7–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Some items may ship from our fulfillment partners, which can occasionally affect delivery windows.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable rates or free-shipping thresholds will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at alexmioch@hotmail.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help track down a delayed package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. For packages that arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Skrapa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
